This would have been today’s lunch in my rush this morning I grabbed the wrong container. What I would’ve had was: baked tilapia over a bed of rice, sliced avocados, and roasted carrots. I had a late start to prepping my lunch last night so I decided to keep things simple. In total, including prepping and cooking time, this meal took me 45 minutes. I love quick and easy delicious meals.
I was craving a lettuce wrap so I decided to make one for lunch. I used ground turkey with onions, then added tomatoes and avocados. I made a simple avocado and cherry tomatoes salad with lemon and salt and pepper dressing. I cannot wait to dig in later!
Last night I decided to bake some tilapia instead of my usual chicken. I made a garlic pasta, threw some veggies in there and called it a day. I was able to prepare and make this meal in 30 minutes.
I randomly decided to prep my lunch for tomorrow. I felt inspired, well more like fat. So I figured packing my lunch would eliminate the temptation to buy something unhealthy for lunch tomorrow. Plus I’ll be saving money. Win-win
I post a lot of unhealthy good food. I typically never eat too bad. I don’t like to eat too much junk food, except chips (my weakness), or fast food. I enjoy simple dishes. I also love comfort food. I believe in eating in moderation. I eat healthy for the most part 1. Because eating healthy is tasty 2. I like to work out. If I don’t feed my body the right nutrients I won’t have too much energy for the gym.
Emilia is my biggest inspiration. I can’t to cook her healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals. If I want her to eat healthy I definitely need to set the example for her.
Below you’ll see what I had for breakfast l, lunch, and dinner. In between I smacked on cherry tomatoes and drank lots of water.
